  • Karen

    Company Director

    Karen launched Taylor Made Products in 2013 due to the growing demand for high quality, on line skin care and related products. With many years experience in the beauty industry Karen felt this was a natural progression, enabling her to take the knowledge and skin care advice out of the salon and into the wider market. The large West Street premises allowed for business expansion, and in November 2014 Karen and Sarah took additional space within the building allowing Taylor Made Products to flourish and develop. This allowed the business to grow adding further product lines and more variety to an already well established on line business.
  • Sarah

    Business Partner

    Business Partner Sarah works closely with both Amazon and Ebay platforms on which Taylor Made Products retail various lines. Products are available to purchase in the UK and overseas in as many as 26 other countries. Sarah's work varies daily and involves such areas as liaising with customers about specific order requirements or product ingredients, explaining the actions and uses of products, checking and sorting out postage times and delivery times, liaising with Amazon and Ebay about listings, new orders and more.
  • Tracey

    Front of House Administration

    Tracey takes care of the administrative tasks behind the scenes within Taylor Made Products, looking after stock control, stock taking, the listing and sorting of new products, the removal of discontinued items, filing and post to anything else that needs sorting! Without Tracey our stock levels and re-ordering would fall apart – essential parts of ensuring the smooth running of the business. Tracey has worked with Taylor Made Products since 2014, and was a key part in the set up of our offices at West Street, however Tracey has another job away from us, and works as a British Sign Language Communicator, currently working in the education sector with young adults.
  • Emma

    Marketing / Media Consultant

    Emma works closely with Karen and Sarah to put together and execute marketing plans. Monthly marketing meetings are held to determine the strategy for the coming weeks including discussions on seasonal promotions and products, new items, product company awards and news, exciting ingredients and more – this varies depending on the time of year, and there’s always something new happening! Together the plan for the social media approach is decided and agreed. Emma then puts everything together and publishes the Facebook Posts, Tweets and Instagram Pictures. We are all delighted to see how much the social media side of the business is growing!
